The Role
In this position, you will:
- Consult with homeowners facing complex situations (probate, foreclosure, divorce) and provide immediate, creative exit strategies.
- Build instant rapport and trust, using your emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive family dynamics while maintaining strategic control of the deal.
- Act with extreme urgency to solve problems and present solutions to customers.
- Operate as a social chameleon
, adjusting your approach to match the homeowner’s personality and world-view to ensure a successful acquisition.
- Mortgage or Finance experience preferred (understanding home financing options gives you a leg up on the competition).
- Proven track record in In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C Sales where you were responsible for closings.
- The "Finisher" Mentality: You are self-motivated, move fast, and don't let leads sit idle.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to hear a complex "story" and immediately identify the financial angle to close the deal.
- Must currently live in the Houston area to be considered for this role.
