KEWAZO is a robotics and AI company automating heavy industry. Our lifting robot replaces cranes and manual handling to improve safety, reduce costs, and increase schedule reliability during maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects in oil, gas, and chemical plants.
You will own revenue growth across North America, with Houston as your base.

This is a hunter role focused on new business development in:
- Oil & Gas
- Refining
- LNG
- Heavy Industrial Construction
You will generate your own pipeline, sell into asset owners and contractors, and close complex industrial deals.
Responsibilities- Generate, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Sell to asset owners (refineries, chemical plants, LNG terminals) and industrial contractors (EPCs and SIPA - scaffolding, insulation, paint, abatement).
- Develop opportunities within turnarounds, maintenance programs, and capital construction projects.
- Build relationships with Operations, Maintenance, Turnarounds, Safety, Engineering, and Project Management stakeholders.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting.
- Travel across North America to build relationships and close deals.
- 5+ years industrial B2B sales experience.
- Existing network within North American refineries, petrochemical plants, or industrial contractors ((Gulf Coast experience is a strong plus).
- Proven track record of generating pipeline independently.
- Experience selling into both asset owners and contractors.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills in technical sales environments.
- Experience with SIPA contractors, scaffolding, industrial services, or construction is a strong plus.
- High endurance and resilience in long industrial buying processes.
- Structured, disciplined, and reliable in managing your own sales funnel.
- Careful listener and natural relationship builder.
- Hungry and driven by results.
- Highly autonomous while collaborating effectively with technical and leadership teams.
