TRS Workforce Solutions is searching for a Sales & Marketing Assistant for their expanding operations in Houston!
Responsibilities Include:- Lead Generation – Identify, research, and qualify potential clients within target markets. Utilize various tools and platforms to generate leads. (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media).
- Outreach - Utilize marketing strategies for reaching new prospective clients across multiple industries.
- Qualification - Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process. Gather relevant information to ensure a good fit with our services.
- Market intelligence – track market trends, project activity, competition, and industry developments. Attend networking and conferences utilize industry databases such as EIC and IIR or similar. Provide feedback to the team to refine our approach.
- Reporting - Develop and present regular reports on lead generation, market trends, and campaign performance to the sales teams.
- CRM Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all marketing interactions and activities in the CRM system(s). Use data analytics to track progress and optimize follow-up strategies.
- Collaboration - Work closely with all business development and marketing functions for North America.
- Achieve Targets - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set.
- Appointment Setting – May be required to assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. Ensure a smooth handoff and provide necessary background information
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least one year of proven experience in marketing, sales, data analysis, or a related role.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools including Salesforce, Bullhorn, EIC Data stream, and IIR market intelligence databases.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with outreach platforms including, but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Linked In, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Word Press, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media campaigning and building virtual communities
