JALE | CREATIVE is building a high-performance outbound sales engine—and we’re hiring competitive closers ready to prove themselves.

This is a 3-month performance-based trial designed to identify one elite sales leader. Hit defined revenue milestones and you’ll unlock a $65,000 base salary role, ongoing commission, and a clear path to equity within 12 months based on performance and leadership impact.

You’ll sell fractional marketing services to approved verticals including trades, real estate, design, and B2B tech. All contracts are 4-month minimums, with commission paid on total contract value.

This is not a passive role. It’s a competitive revenue race built for closers.

• Book and run discovery calls

• Demonstrate cross-vertical wins

• Close $60,000+ in total contract value
• Represent multiple pricing tiers
• Close at least one BNI-sourced and one cold-sourced deal

First rep to hit the win condition earns the Lead Sales Strategist role immediately.

• Paid within 7 days of client payment
• No base during trial
