Quadspire aims to hire a highly skilled individual to sell our design and application development services, manage relationships, and cross-sell other IT services from our portfolio to accelerate clients' digital transformation.
Objectives of this role- Develop new business opportunities, manage existing sales pipeline and relationships.
- Identify customer needs and budgets to effectively pitch design & development services, either combined or standalone.
- Lead in developing proposals and presentations to create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
- Identify industry trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline aligned with short, medium, and long-term targets.
- Develop strategies by analyzing new venture integrations.
- Coordinate and implement marketing strategies, delegating tasks to achieve strategic goals.
- Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.
- Generate and nurture leads, identify decision-makers, and evaluate potential opportunities.
- Implement outbound sales strategies, processes, and best practices across the company.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales support teams to formulate lead generation strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management to discuss strategies.
- Manage proposal responses, including detailed RFP requirements and content creation.
- Proven success in B2B sales and negotiation.
- Experience working with offshore IT service providers.
- 6-8 years of sales experience in the tech industry, with at least 2 years in IT services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of verticals such as Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.
