Position: Outside Sales Representative - Food Industry (Entry-Level)
Nippon Shokken U.S.A., is "the No.1 sauce company in Japan" and hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Houston, TX. Base salary $57,720 and performance incentives (avg. 6% of salary). Full benefits package worth an additional 8% of salary on average.

The Role: This position involves 80% travel within your assigned Houston-area territory and 20% office work. You'll build relationships with new and existing customers, introduce our premium sauces and seasonings to American food businesses, and help expand our presence beyond our traditional Asian customer base.

What You'll Do:

• Report to the Houston office each morning to plan your day and coordinate appointments
• Visit clients in your territory to maintain and develop business relationships
• Prepare sales contracts and process orders
• Track sales data and performance in our CRM system
• Meet or exceed sales targets with support from our experienced team
• Business travel assigned as needed (10 days per month at least)
• Cooking demonstration to showcase our products

What We're Looking For:Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Comfortable with 80% travel throughout the Houston and its neighboring States

Able to lift 40+ lbs (product samples and materials)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Coachable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Bachelor's degree

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Preferred to have sales experience in food industry
• Able to lift over 40lbs
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Valid driver license & own transportation
