Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your success will be defined by your ability to tackle diverse accountabilities including:
- Respond to various forms of Sales inquiries (phone and email).
- Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with customers.
- Revitalize and reengage existing dormant accounts.
- Finding creative ways to provide first in class solutions to fulfill customers needs.
- Realize margin growth within our existing client base.
- Visit clients’ sites on an as needed basis.
- Share knowledge and experiences with fellow team members to help foster a learning and continuous improvement culture.
- Grow revenue in existing accounts.
- Gather market data to ensure that the Company stays competitive and meets customers changing needs and demands.
- Source and buy product as needed from domestic and foreign vendors to serve our customers.
- Develop strategies to achieve revenue generation and growth.
- Maintain up to date records of sales orders, purchase orders, and return orders accurately.
- Meet and exceed customers delivery expectations by staying on top of their order progress, together with the project expediting department.
- Check and confirm that all customer specifications are met at the time of order.
And of course, other duties as required.
To be successful in this role you will have:- Graduated from a business or equivalent program at a recognized post secondary institution.
- Self motivation and drive to achieve targets and goals.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft office and strong data entry skills
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and assist others.
- Have experience in the PVF industry i.e., Carbon, Stainless, Structural, Tubing, Valves, Chrome, etc.
- Have an existing network of clients or relationships with US EPCs, fabricators, or end users.
- Have experience with Pipe, Fittings and Flange specifications.
- Strong benefits package including 401k (after 6 months employment) & medical
- Performance-based bonus compensation
- Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day
- In-office work (2 days weekly WFH possible)
