We specialize in working directly with mineral owners to acquire mineral rights across the United States. L3 Resources is currently one of the top three mineral buyers in the STACK and SCOOP plays in Oklahoma, as well as key basins throughout Texas.

Selected candidates will receive hands‑on training from management, providing all the tools needed to succeed in a rapidly growing industry. The Acquisitions Team works in‑office Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

In this role, you will engage prospective mineral owners by phone, presenting cash offers to purchase their mineral rights. The objective is to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and secure executed agreements. Ideal candidates are bright, coachable, and willing to give maximum effort. Prior upstream Oil & Gas or mineral acquisitions experience is not required—entrepreneurial and sales‑driven individuals tend to excel in this position.

We are seeking candidates who are comfortable with cold calling and skilled in client engagement. We offer three months of paid training. You will have a base but your compensation will be mostly commission, with highly competitive earning potential relative to other sales positions. With the right mindset and skill set, there is significant opportunity to earn substantial income while building a dynamic career.
