This is a field-based role that involves territory planning, daily travel, and face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects. This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

Location and Travel

Territory:
Austin, Houston, and San Antonio, Texas. 50-70% travel required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for top line revenue growth, increasing market share and managing expenses in an assigned territory. Deliver revenue growth and drive sales into the Collision Repair and Independent Appraiser markets as the key focus.
  • Achieve maximum profitability and increase market penetration by selling the company’s products and related services within the assigned territory.
  • Deliver consistent communication, provide direction, and support the sales team within the geographic territory to meet sales, product knowledge, customer service, and client satisfaction objectives; assist with customer retention to achieve revenue growth initiatives.
  • Sell the complete line of CCC products and related services to customers and prospects; manage personal business expenses within company guidelines.
  • Maintain proficiency on CCC’s product suite to articulate value, provide technical assistance, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with sales management to create annual revenue forecasts and expense budgets for the territory.
  • Implement required sales processes and maintain Salesforce (CRM) proficiency including activity tracking, pipeline management, and capturing competitive intelligence.
  • Analyze industry trends, understand the competitive landscape, and generate plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop Regional MSO sales plans aligned with short- and long-range objectives.
  • Support the Automotive Service Group’s National Account Team as they develop and execute account plans.
  • Collaborate with Client Solution Advisor (CSA) and Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to maximize revenue growth and drive customer retention.
  • Attend trade shows, conventions, and association meetings; conduct weekly team calls/reports detailing sales, customer trends, and competitive landscape.
  • There are no Direct Reports to this position.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated competency in related technical field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience.
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Austin, Houston, or San Antonio, Texas.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range is: $70,138.85 - $85,000.00. This position is bonus and/or commission eligible. Total compensation will be heavily weighted toward variable pay reflecting individual and team contributions.
