to join our growing team as an Account Executive (Clinical Liaison)in specialty (chronic disease state therapy) infusion sales. This role uniquely blends healthcare expertise with marketing and sales acumen to drive growth while making a meaningful impact on patient care.
We are specifically seeking an experienced sales associate who brings an established book of business in Texas

This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission
, with total earnings determined by your experience, existing book of business, and performance.
As an Account Executive (Clinical Liaison), you will:
- Leverage and expand an existing book of business within Texas
to drive referral growth for Health Quest’s home infusion and specialty services - Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and referral sources, including physicians, specialty clinics (Rheumatology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Allergy & Immunology, etc.), infusion clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and payors
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies in partnership with leadership to achieve and exceed growth targets
- Identify and onboard new referral sources through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship-based selling
- Qualify sales opportunities with private insurance and federally/state-funded plans to support sustainable revenue growth
- Serve as a trusted liaison between referral partners and internal pharmacy, nursing, and operations teams
- Address and resolve concerns related to home infusion services, infusion suites, and associated programs to maintain high client satisfaction
- Network with industry partners and attend relevant industry events to strengthen Health Quest’s market presence
- Negotiate deliverables and close opportunities in collaboration with leadership to meet business objectives
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Required:Proven experience as a healthcare sales associate with an established book of business in Texas
- Required:Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or healthcare sales
- Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a healthcare environment
- Preferred:
Registered Nurse (RN) license or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, or a related field - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Proficiency with CRM systems, healthcare technology platforms, and sales reporting tools
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and chronic disease states relevant to infusion therapies
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
