What You'll Do

• Proactively engage prospects via phone, email, in-person meetings, and outreach
• Confidently present high-value immigration and workforce services
• Qualify leads, schedule consultations, follow up consistently, and close deals
• Manage active accounts while earning renewals and continuous commission from the book of business
• Track pipeline activity and performance in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
• Represent the company at community events and outreach initiatives
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge

Who We're Looking For

• Sales or customer-facing experience (service-based sales preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Goal-driven, resilient, and motivated by performance-based income
• Professional, confident, and coachable
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required)
