Position: Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Arabic)
Description

Tarantino properties is seeking a bilingual leasing consultant (must speak arabic) to oversee an apartment community located in houston, texas - village at piney point.

Responsibilities:

* conduct property tours to future residents and visitors

* use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue

* build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew

* generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email

* provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects

* develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

Requirements:

* prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred

* basic to intermediate knowledge of microsoft office

* excellent written and verbal communication

* onesite software experience preferred

* lease-up experience preferred

* social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus
