As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing property. You will guide them through the sales process, follow up on leads, and handle administrative support for transactions. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Guide buyers step-by-step through the purchasing process, making complex information easy to understand.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and nurture relationships to turn interest into sales.
  • Manage sales documentation, ensuring files are accurate and organized for a seamless transaction.
  • Represent SWE Homes at marketing and networking events to generate new leads and grow your professional network.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience from inquiry to closing.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments; real estate experience is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Driven, competitive, and resilient with a natural talent for negotiation and deal-making.
  • A strong listener who can understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Confidence and clarity in phone and in-person interactions.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and ready to take initiative.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and CRM tools like Zoho.
