We’re looking for committed individuals, not clock-punchers.

• ✔️ Licensed Public Adjuster (Texas or willing to obtain license)
• ✔️ OR actively interested in getting licensed (we guide the process)
• ✔️ Background in insurance, restoration, construction, sales, or real estate is a plus
• ✔️ Coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• ✔️ Comfortable networking, educating homeowners, and prospecting
• ✔️ Long-term mindset — looking to build a career, not a quick win
