We are looking to add a Director of Hospital Sales to the Image

FIRST organization in Houston, TX.

• Originate new business by calling on hospital C-suite executives, GPOs, and department heads, building relationships and closing business.
• Partner with hospitals and health systems to increase patient experience, perception, and employee engagement through innovative and cost‑effective products and services as an individual contributor in Sales.
• Achieve regional sales and operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans; prepare action plans; implement standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; and implement regional improvements.
• Grow a sales pipeline to meet quarterly targets; develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
• Establish common ground and focus on win‑win outcomes while gaining concessions and protecting organizational interests.

• Minimum of 3 years of hospital sales experience including strategic, consultative, and complex selling.
• Minimum of 10 years professional experience in health care.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Proven ability to develop and manage long-term relationships.
• Proven networking skills.
• Track record of successful negotiation with diverse or resistant groups.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to make compelling presentations to hospital decision-makers using visual aids and other media.
• Minimum travel requirement: 30-50% (by car or air depending on territory).
