Overview
Sales Executive - Personal Lines/ High Net Worth. World Insurance Associates is a financial services organization with a global network of brokers and specialists offering risk management, benefits programs, and retirement services.
Primary Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities, focusing on High Net Worth and Private Client accounts, including affluent individuals, family offices, wealth managers, and key centers of influence
- Engage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through the funnel to closing
- Track all sales activities in Hub Spot and leverage Hub Spot to its fullest potential
- Utilize World’s broad platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth/private client, employee benefits, retirement financial services, and payroll/human resources outsourcing
- Must have proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients
- Must be willing to become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services)
- Must maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment to be positioned to manage an existing book of business
- It is meaningful, but not mandatory, if you have:
- Sold commercial insurance for a top broker. World will enhance your expertise through its training program
- Used an insurance agency management software platform (e.g., AMS
360, Epic) and have experience with a sales CRM (World uses Hub Spot) - Built and presented client pitch decks/presentations
As a World Insurance Client Advisor, compensation is tied to effort and performance. We offer a base salary plus commissions and a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $200,000+, based on experience and ability to drive revenue. Your base salary can grow as your book of business grows, with potential to exceed the top of this range.
