You’ll be the face of Kedrion in the Factor X deficiency, and plasminogen deficiency communities, building trust, educating stakeholders, and driving appropriate product utilization.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain authentic relationships with key stakeholders including major treatment centers, healthcare providers, correctional institutions, specialty pharmacies, and patient organizations.
  • Educate clinicians and community partners on disease states and product benefits to increase awareness and ensure appropriate use.
  • Demonstrate deep clinical knowledge of bleeding disorders and competitive plasma therapies to effectively differentiate Kedrion’s offerings.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear sales goals and tactical execution strategies.
  • Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to ensure efficient coverage of the territory.
  • Conduct pre- and post-sales analyses to inform future customer interactions and optimize engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer data in the CRM system and leverage its full capabilities to enhance performance.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations using approved marketing materials and a consistent selling model.
  • Navigate complex decision-making processes involving physicians, nurses, caregivers, payers, Medicaid, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive product adoption.
  • Provide regular, professional feedback to the broader Kedrion US Commercial team on customer insights, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Demonstrate strong listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset to overcome barriers and achieve goals.
  • Find creative and efficient ways to deliver results while maintaining high standards of professionalism and clinical credibility.
