Job DescriptionWe are hiring a motivated Sales Associate to support our inside sales team by handling key daily operational tasks while training into an inside sales role over time. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, energetic, customer-friendly, and wants a long-term career path in sales.
Our inside sales department has continued to grow and exceed past performance, and we’re ready to take the next step. This role helps free up our lead salesperson to focus on high-value customer relationships and larger growth opportunities — while giving the new team member a clear development track into inside sales.
What You’ll Do- Daily Operations + Sales Support
- Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with showroom shelf inventory restocking, and daily product handling
- Help ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time
- Communicate with internal team members to keep workflow moving
- Customer Service + Inside Sales Training
- Provide excellent customer service and professional communication
- Learn our product line, systems, and processes
- Support inside sales needs such as quotes, order entry, and follow-up
- Grow into handling customer accounts and sales opportunities over time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems and processes
- Great communication skills — friendly, professional, and dependable
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who takes initiative and looks for ways to help
- Interest in learning inside sales and building a career in sales
- Comfortable working with inventory and physically pulling/staging orders
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (email, order entry, learning internal systems)
- Ability to lift and move products as needed
- Prior customer service, warehouse support, or inside sales experience is a plus — but not required
- Bi-lingual is a plus but not required
