, you’ll represent one of the nation’s top telecommunications brands and ensure that customers receive the products, services, and support tailored to their needs.

This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and building valuable sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Engage directly with customers to explain products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from inquiry to service activation.
• Participate in daily training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and develop skills.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 0–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in dynamic situations.
