As a Telemarketing Representative at Alicia DuBose State Farm Agency, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your goal is to connect with potential customers over the phone, introduce them to our insurance solutions, and set the stage for ongoing relationships with our agency. • Outbound Calling Contact prospective clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
• Lead Generation Identify potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our licensed agents.
• Customer Engagement Build rapport with prospects, answer initial questions, and provide accurate information about our offerings.
• Follow‑Up Maintain consistent follow‑up with leads to nurture relationships and maximize opportunities.
• Collaboration Work closely with the sales team to support agency goals and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Data Management Accurately record client interactions and update customer databases.

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
