As a sales associate in our Sports Medicine specialty, you will be the face of Stryker products. You will assist Sales Representatives in the sales, promotion and marketing of Stryker products, educate and inform doctors, nurses, and staff about proper use, maintenance, product functionality, updates, portfolio changes, and educational programs. After extensive product training, you will tailor Stryker’s promotional messages based on customer knowledge, advise on appropriate product selection, answer questions, and distinguish Stryker products from competitors.
You will have the flexibility to focus on what brings the most value to customers and their market, representing a leading medical device brand and impacting patient care.
- 0-2 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred).
- B.A. or B.S. degree required.
- Field sales training – in field training.
- Successful completion of in-house product training program.

- Mediate physical tasks: exert up to 50 pounds occasionally or 20 pounds constantly to move objects.

- Drive an automobile.
- Negotiate price and terms of transactions between Stryker and its customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and questions.
- Possess command of all products to disseminate knowledge.
- Analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns.

$63,000 for salary + benefits.
