Harris-Jones Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Part-Time Commission Only Business Development Intern.
The successful candidate will develop sales strategies and attract new clients, will source and research new sales opportunities and close sales.
Looking for:- Seasoned commission-only sales professional who recognizes a great opportunity and is confident in their ability to develop new business
- Learn our products, services and how they help your prospects
- Find prospective customers by assessing current lighting needs through a consultative approach that builds and maintains relationships
- Be responsive to clients’ needs and work to foster the growth of your business
- Must be hard-working, self-motivating and have strong time management skills
- 1 year or more experience in business development, sales
- Professional and customer service attitude conducting business over the phone, Internet or in person
- Successful building long-term relationships and structuring deals
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clear a 7-year background check
