Outside Sales Representative
Location:
Houston, TX
Join our family‑owned restoration company where you have uncapped earning potential with a base plus bonus compensation structure that can reach $125,000 OTE.
What I will do- Respond to job leads by visiting clients’ homes in our service territory.
- Build rapport and ask open‑ended questions to understand client needs.
- Assess damage and propose solutions.
- Follow up on client questions and issues.
- Communicate internally with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
- Hungry, driven, competitive.
- Humble and teachable attitude.
- Relational and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication skills.
Uncapped base plus bonus (OTE $125,000 with opportunity to exceed).
