Overview
Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join its industry-leading sales team. You will develop and expand new and existing national accounts in a selected industry and help customers be more profitable by saving water, energy and waste.

- Develop and expand existing and new national accounts within Nalco Water’s colloidal technologies group. Industries include microelectronics silicon wafer polishing, investment casting, catalyst, paints and coatings, and related markets.
- Design and implement strategic business plans for national accounts
- Present value-add products and programs, highlighting impact to the customer’s business
- Ensure customer service delivery that reflects Nalco Water’s value proposition
- Build and secure major new business accounts at the corporate level
- Partner with and lead service and sales teams to meet revenue and profit targets and maintain Service Standards
- Location is flexible and remote but must be near a major airport
- Targeted accounts are within Global High-Tech industries
- Approximately 50% overnight travel required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of technical sales experience
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
- Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
- Demonstrated large account management success with executive-level relationship sales

Compensation & BenefitsThe compensation range for this position is $138,200 – $207,400, including base pay and target incentive. Factors such as experience, education, training, geography, and plan terms may affect final compensation. We comply with all applicable wage and overtime laws. Benefits are provided from day 1.
