Sells all products and services offered by the company and meets all sales objectives. Handles administrative aspects of sales, including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing completed orders. Maintains strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features, as well as competitive offers, and provides market feedback to the store manager.

Responds to service inquiries from customers and delivers efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all product and service areas.

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi‑Fi and data devices
• Understand customers’ needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
• Multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced team environment
• Work a variety of hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with occasional overtime
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Interact with customers and provide prompt, courteous service in person, by phone, or written notes
• Position may be commission‑based and quota‑based

• 1-3 years of retail/customer‑facing/sales experience preferred
