We are hiring a Technical Sales Representative for one of our members, an innovative leader in laser cladding technology, offering advanced solutions that apply tungsten carbide powders to protect critical components from abrasion, erosion, impact, and corrosion across industries: the Oil and Gas, Geothermal, Mining, Biomass, Mixing equipment, HDD, Industrial Pumps and Valves, Recycling and Construction sectors. The Technical Sales Representative will drive revenue in these industries.

Responsibilities
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
  • Build long-term client relationships by managing and interpreting client’s needs and requirements.
  • Meet or exceed company sales objective by achieving assigned annual revenue target.
  • Travel as required to support existing clients, develop geographic markets related to existing client locations, participate in trade shows and necessary sales and product training.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to company culture, work closely with management and production teams to effectively support customer needs.
Qualifications
  • Utilize various resources for leads and prospects.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Ability to use good time management skills to maximize exposure to clients and prospects regionally.
  • Effectively communicate company capabilities relative to client applications.
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
