What You'll Do
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and in person
- Build meaningful relationships and explain services clearly and confidently
- Qualify leads, schedule consultations, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Represent the company at community events and outreach activities
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge
- Experience in sales or customer service (experience selling services is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Professional, empathetic, and goal-driven mindset
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
- Competitive compensation:
