We’re expanding our team in Houston and seeking a motivated Inside Salesperson who’s passionate about customer success and operational excellence.

• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and follow up to close sales.
• Manage orders and invoicing through Quick Books with precision.
• Handle purchasing activities — place orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and help identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (industrial or automation industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Quick Books (sales and invoicing).
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Positive attitude, team player, and strong attention to detail.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain high quote-to-order conversion rates

• Deliver 98%+ order accuracy with minimal errors.
• Achieve high customer retention and satisfaction levels.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 base + performance incentives/bonus
