We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative covering the territory of South Texas.

- Our 6 week training program will help you gain knowledge related to saddle fitting, leather, horse biomechanics and sales
- Prior successful field sales experience
- Someone ready to hit the road and travel, with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals
- A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows
- Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter
- Become the most talented saddle expert within your territory
- Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
- Represent CWD at horse shows
- Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service
- Be a brand ambassador of CWD!
- You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potential
- You will also have a company car + a gas card + iPhone and iPad

- We offer a 6 week training program, and tailored continuous training and support
We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp‑up territory tailored plan.
Potential salary including base + commissions:- Year 1:
Potential of $55K (base + unlimited commission) - Year 2:
Potential of $65K-$85k (base + unlimited commission) - Year 3:
Potential of $75K-$125k (base + unlimited commission)
