Rental Territory Sales Representative - Texas H&A Recruiter
Our client, a respected leader in equipment solutions, is seeking a Rental Territory Sales Representative to serve customers in the general Houston, Texas area.
This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in the construction and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business and grow rental market share within the assigned territory.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Prepare quotes and proposals while managing activity through CRM systems.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven success in territory or outside sales
, preferably in equipment rental or construction-related industries. - Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
