Business Development Manager

360 Fire & Flood is a leading national disaster restoration company offering comprehensive solutions to commercial and industrial clients affected by fire, water, and other disasters. With over 200 years of combined experience, our team delivers precise restoration while collaborating closely with clients and insurance companies for seamless recovery.

• Attend marketing events and distribute marketing material as required.
• Develop and maintain current knowledge of 360 Fire & Flood services, industry trends, and competitive information.
• Actively participate in key local industry groups and associations.
• Identify and resolve client concerns to drive overall sales growth.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify and network with new sales prospects.
• Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.

• Sales experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Restoration industry experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Roofing sales experience (Preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Outside sales and cold‑calling skills with solid knowledge of bid processes
• Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, internet, CRM programs, smartphones)
• Professional appearance and positive company image
• Significant local travel required
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel
