We’re seeking a Regional Business Manager who’s ready to be part of a people-first company offering best-in-class products, exceptional training, and deep industry pride—all built to help our partners and team succeed.

• Develop regional business plans that drive share growth across all target markets and product categories.
• Understand HBE Strategic direction and execute regional activities consistent with this strategy.
• Collaborate with National Business Manager, Product Management, Technical Services, Marketing, Operations, Independent Sales Reps, Territory Sales Manager(s), Customer Service to drive share growth.
• Formulate a Regional Sales Plan that incorporates strategies and programs with short- and long-term goals for each target market and key customer, achieving/exceeding annual revenue, square foot, and contribution margin goals.
• Create accurate forecasts for the region and key accounts, providing meaningful insights on customer and market performance.
• Manage Sales Reps and Territory Sales Managers within market, driving compliance and desired performance across all product categories.
• Monitor and communicate business trends, distribution patterns, consumer and trade attitudes, competitive practices, and product performance to senior leadership.
• Foster an environment of accountability, embrace change and lead by example.
• Participate in sales meetings, customer events, trade shows, and group exhibitor meetings as required.
• Actively participate in the closure of large projects/jobs and converting strategic customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the commercial roofing industry.
• At least 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.
