Looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to retain and maximize business from current clients and generate new business with prospects by using our leads dashboard and CRM.
Responsibilities include:
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Contact all recently closed files.
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
- Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales representatives for further development.
- Continuously refine, improve, and grow the inside sales process.
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience.
- Superior knowledge of inside sales and how to maximize lead sources.
- Skilled and experienced in making several phone calls a day.
- Ability to overcome objections.
