Your Mission
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships, advancing sales strategies, generating leads, and driving business growth. This role requires a proactive individual who can work both independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities and Skills- Product and Service Expertise

Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services, with the ability to translate them into effective customer solutions. - Sales Strategy Development
:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. - Market Research
:
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities within the Enterprise and Energy Markets. - CRM Management
:
Maintain CRM databases, track leads and opportunities, and monitor overall sales activities. - Lead Generation
:
Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. - Pipeline Development
:
Develop a strong lead generation pipeline of potential clients through oral, written, and digital communications. - Customer Needs Analysis
:
Understand customer needs and translate them into product or service-based solutions. - Sales Pitches and Negotiation
:
Deliver effective sales pitches and possess strong negotiation skills. - Upsell Opportunities
:
Identify upsell opportunities with customers to increase account revenue. - Cross Department Collaboration
:
Collaborate with various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Solutions/Products Teams. - Market Trend Monitoring
:
Monitor market trends and stay ahead of the competition. - Sales Reporting
:
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- 3+ years of experience in the satellite communications and managed IT industry, with proven Direct Sales experience selling into Oil & Gas market.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in satellite communications, telecommunications, or a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bi‑Lingual encouraged (English/Spanish/Portuguese)
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Proven ability to build strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction by anticipating and addressing their needs in a timely manner.
- Solid understanding of and ability to sell “the value” around an integrated, managed solution.
- Demonstrated and proven record of success in services‑based selling.
- Having a wide range of experience, uses a modern selling concepts (As‑a‑Service) and company objectives.
- Work independently, detail‑oriented, and excellent time management skills.
- A proven winner! Long history of success in selling complex deals.
- Achievement‑oriented, does not get distracted from the task at hand.
- Tenacious: relish winning business against incumbent competition.
- Collaborative across Internal (Campaign teams, Product, Marketing, Sales Solution Specialist Team, etc.) and External stakeholders
- An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and people skills.
- Minimal travel is required outside of customer calls.
