Job Responsibilities- Manage, mentor, and coach the Sales Development Manager, fostering career growth and improving performance.
- Guide sales strategy execution and build a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Identify training opportunities and provide ongoing feedback to support professional development.
- Lead business development with key strategic customers (SI’s, End Users, EPCs) by promoting Danfoss VFDs (FC-102/202) and delivering tailored solutions.
- Engage directly with consulting engineers and end users to articulate strong commercial and technical value propositions.
- Indirectly lead cross-functional teams to onboard large-scale new customers and build sustainable customer relationships.
- Leverage vertical market expertise and industry involvement (ASHRAE, AHRI, etc.) to influence trends and establish credibility.
- Convert digital leads into viable opportunities; engage key stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Apply technical and commercial acumen to develop proposals that address customer pain points.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) for accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.
- Drive innovation by identifying product gaps and influencing future market direction.
- Bachelor’s preferred with strong commercial background and a preferred foundation in engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC/R, Water industry, or comparable industry.
- Experience in a senior sales or sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Experience in HVAC/R and Water system design—gained through roles with End Users, System Integrators, or technical sales—is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Remote role with access to international airport with preference in Florida, South Carolina, and Texas.
