Car Sales Representative Compensation And Benefits

• Pay – Based salary of $2,964.00 monthly + 10% of downpayment on every unit sold
• Health, vision, dental, and life insurance you can select a plan that best suits your lifestyle and your family needs after only 30 days of employment!
• 401K- we will match 100% of what you contribute up to 4%.

Car Sales Representative Qualifications

• People Person - a dedicated individual who enjoys interacting with people and helping customers
• Bilingual - English and Spanish
• Driver´s License - valid with a clean record.
• Open schedule - willing to work long hours
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. We will provide training to help you succeed.
