Position Overview

Surety Bonds Sales / Revenue Producer – Greater Chicago Metro Area

Our Client Advisors bring risk‑management solutions to both businesses and individuals. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, cultivating, and closing new Surety Bonds business while also helping prospective clients with any of World’s risk‑management solutions. World’s investments in risk management and our “Sell All Of World” philosophy mean you will never have to say “no – sorry, I am unable to help you.”

Your efforts to generate revenue, even beyond Surety Bonds (for example, Employee Benefits, P&C, Wholesale, and Payroll/HR outsourcing), will be financially recognized.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new Surety Bonds business in an untapped territory based out of the metro area that extends as far and wide as you would like.
  • Engage in all sales and marketing tactics, with extensive corporate marketing support, to move prospects through the funnel to closing.
  • Leverage World’s platform to bring risk‑management solutions to individuals and business owners, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high‑net‑worth/private client, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services.
Qualifications
  • Previous Surety Bonds business development / sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; lack of a degree does not disqualify a proven producer.
  • Relevant insurance licenses.
  • Humility, hunger, and a passion for the thrill of the hunt; a high‑energy producer who enjoys building and growing a new market for World.
Compensation

As a World Insurance Client Advisor, your compensation is tied to effort and performance. We offer a base salary plus commissions and a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $200,000+, depending on experience and revenue generation, with potential to significantly exceed the top of the range.
