We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team!

• Sell products and parts to customers by taking purchase orders, clarifying requests, and suggesting alternatives.
• Answer phones and provide customer quotes.
• Take customer orders by phone and walk‑in.
• Enter orders into the operating system.
• Pull orders from inventory.
• Process transfers to fill orders, invoice, and count inventory.
• Receive payments for cash sales and charge accounts.
• Stock shelves/pegs and perform cycle counts.
• Process customer returns for new, unused, stockable items.
• Process warranties.
• Maintain a neat and tidy workspace.

• $16–$21 per hour depending on qualifications.
• Normal hours include 10 hours of overtime per week.
• Potential for future advancement opportunities.

• 25 years of age or older with a Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Degree is a plus, but not required.
• Air conditioning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Inside sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bi‑lingual is a plus, but not required.
