Responsibilities- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Salary plus commission/bonus
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
- Flexible hours
- Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal and listening.
- Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products in helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

- Proactive problem solving.
- Ability to conduct interviews in the office and at customers' home or business.
- Knowledge of life products.
- Life and Health license (must have currently).
- Position may require travel.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
