Insurance Sales Agent Overview:

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to
join our agency. This role is all about building relationships, helping clients find the right coverage, and driving new business growth. If you enjoy connecting with people and thrive in a goal-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!

What you'll do:

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend insurance products (auto, home, etc.)
• Present, quote, and sell insurance policies to new and existing customers
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and cross-sales
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to agency growth

Experience we're looking for:

• Prior sales experience (insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven with strong organizational abilities
• Active Property & Casualty license is a must
