As an Business Sales at T-Mobile, you are a bold, results‑driven "hunter" responsible for bringing T-Mobile’s Un‑carrier products and services to underserved business markets. You will own a geographic territory and focus on acquiring new business accounts by identifying pain points and tailoring advanced wireless voice, data, and IoT solutions to help companies grow.

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social selling (Linked In), and local community engagement.
• Consultative Selling:
  Analyse customer business needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile’s network through solution‑based selling, focusing on price plans, mobile hardware, and data services.
• Deal Negotiation:
  Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to proposal delivery and final contract negotiation.
• Funnel Management:
  Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to maintain an accurate sales funnel, track activity, and provide reliable monthly sales forecasts.
• Territory Growth:
  Build a strong local presence within an assigned territory to increase T-Mobile’s market share against competitors.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED (Required);
  Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with high multitasking requirements.
