Job Title: Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant

Location: On-site, Houston, Texas

Rally Strategies is hiring a Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a face-to-face role where you will represent our products and services directly to customers, speak with prospects in person, and actively participate in the sales process.

This position is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who enjoys working with people, building confidence, and learning practical business skills in a real-world environment. No previous sales experience is required — full product training is provided.

• Engaging with customers in person and delivering a positive, professional experience
• Showcasing products and services clearly and confidently
• Speaking with potential customers face-to-face and answering questions
• Supporting the sales process and contributing to daily sales targets
• Representing Rally Strategies with energy, integrity, and enthusiasm

• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers
• A positive outlook and genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Comfortable in a customer-facing, face-to-face environment
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
