- Manage inbound leads and prospect for new sales opportunities using consultative and solution-based sales techniques
- Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiation and product offerings
- Conduct pre-sales calls and demonstrate products using web-based tools
- Maintain and engage customers to promote product usage and revenue growth
- Accurately log call information and sales activity within Salesforce and provide market intelligence for internal decisions
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with quota attainment
- Experience in a prospecting/cold calling environment
- Strong sales process and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably , and strong interpersonal communication skills
- College degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Familiarity with negotiation skills surrounding products, solutions, and pricing
