Position: Sales Executive Partner, Small Law

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage inbound leads and prospect for new sales opportunities using consultative and solution-based sales techniques
  • Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiation and product offerings
  • Conduct pre-sales calls and demonstrate products using web-based tools
  • Maintain and engage customers to promote product usage and revenue growth
  • Accurately log call information and sales activity within Salesforce and provide market intelligence for internal decisions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with quota attainment
  • Experience in a prospecting/cold calling environment
  • Strong sales process and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably , and strong interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • College degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Familiarity with negotiation skills surrounding products, solutions, and pricing
