• Commission-based role with 3 months of guaranteed salary while you ramp up
• Earnings are based on your skill level, time, and effort
• Most designers here average $75,000–$100,000+ annually
• Paid training with some of the best in the closet and storage industry

• Meet with clients (in-home and in-showroom) to understand needs, style, and space requirements
• Create custom closet and storage designs using our design software
• Prepare proposals, job packets, and accurate project documentation
• Manage projects from sale through installation to ensure a smooth, exceptional client experience
• Partner with our operations and installation teams for seamless execution
