• Must speak Spanish
• Sales experience or client-facing background a plus
• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Must possess a genuine willingness to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
• Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills
• Must be confident, motivated, and determined

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Communication with our hot leads
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
• Understand prospect’s needs and identify sales opportunities
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and future clients
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services
• Staying up to date with competing products and services
• Ability and desire to achieve goals
