Position PurposeSecure new business by selling regulated medical waste and compliance services. Grow revenue and profitability in an assigned geographic area while meeting or exceeding annual goals.
Key Job Activities- Call healthcare facilities to schedule on‑site appointments and demonstrate compliance capabilities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Sell regulated medical waste, OSHA and HIPAA compliance solutions with comprehensive knowledge of products and services.
- Win back lost business from previous customers by presenting capabilities and negotiating needs.
- Build trusting relationships with new and existing customers to grow future business.
- Follow up on targeted marketing campaigns to grow business in the geography.
- Identify under‑developed areas and implement initiatives to increase market penetration and sales.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience- Minimum 2‑3 years of field/outside sales experience preferred.
- Experience selling in a business‑to‑business environment with varying sales cycles and multiple decision makers preferred.
- High volume / high transaction industry experience preferred.
- Post‑secondary education strongly desired.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM an advantage.
- Strong prospecting and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet/social media.
- Motivated by success and results oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ready to travel within a defined local territory daily; minimal long‑distance travel required.
Base salary $60‑65K plus uncapped commissions. OTE $175‑180K.
