About the Role
  • Global Account Leadership: Act as the primary executive contact for senior client stakeholders, managing relationships across regions and business units to ensure consistent engagement and alignment worldwide.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a global account strategy that leverages our full portfolio of automation, energy optimization, and sustainability solutions, aligning with the client’s long‑term business goals.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive cross‑selling opportunities across process control, measurement, and digital transformation solutions to expand account value through targeted growth initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Coordinate with regional sales, engineering, and service teams to deliver seamless global project execution, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all engagements.
  • Customer Success & Insight: Monitor satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and ensure excellence in delivery and lifecycle services, while providing key market and industry insights to inform strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, automation, business, or a related field is required for this global account management role within industrial automation.
  • Proven Experience: Significant experience in enterprise sales or global account management, specifically within industrial automation, control systems, or industrial digitalization. Must have a demonstrated record of success managing a major global account with significant revenue responsibility.
