Sales Representative II - Service

• Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, managing 5-7 major clients
• Develop and estimate project solutions for HVAC, Controls, Mechanical, and Electrical services
• Maintain and update CRM software with accurate documentation of client interactions
• Monitor and report on sales goals, ensuring the achievement of sales plans
• Cultivate long‑term relationships to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention

• Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical, or related sales
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals of over $5MM annually
• Strong account management and retention skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline preferred
• Experience in selling owner‑direct projects and maintenance agreements
