- Develop and estimate project solutions for HVAC, Controls, Mechanical, and Electrical services
- Maintain and update CRM software with accurate documentation of client interactions
- Monitor and report on sales goals, ensuring the achievement of sales plans
- Cultivate long‑term relationships to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention
- Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical, or related sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals of over $5MM annually
- Strong account management and retention skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline preferred
- Experience in selling owner‑direct projects and maintenance agreements
