Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Commercial HVAC Preventive Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. This hybrid role is responsible for prospecting and qualifying new commercial HVAC accounts for preventive maintenance agreements by generating leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, referrals, and industry events. The position requires effective use of company-provided lead generation and prospecting tools, conducting site assessments, and collaborating closely with service teams to develop customized maintenance solutions.
The representative will prepare, present, and follow up on professional proposals using sound financial selling practices, while maintaining an accurate and active sales pipeline within the CRM through consistent activity tracking. Success in this role depends on building strong, long‑term relationships with facility owners, managers, and key decision‑makers, as well as demonstrating the discipline and persistence necessary to meet and exceed established sales goals.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in service industries.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, estimating, or service project sales is helpful but not required.
- Strong hunter mentality: organized, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple deals at once.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident selling value over price.
