The Assistant Sales Manager plays a key role in driving membership sales, building client relationships, and supporting day-to-day studio operations. This position combines sales leadership with client service, ensuring that every prospect and member receives a seamless and engaging experience. Youll work closely with the Studio Manager to meet revenue goals, manage leads, and maintain a strong community presence.

Drive studio membership sales through lead follow-up, phone calls, in-person consultations, and community engagement

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new memberships and packages

Assist in creating and executing local marketing and outreach strategies to generate leads

Support studio operations, including front desk management, scheduling, and client check-in

Build strong client relationships to encourage long-term memberships and referrals

Track, monitor, and report on sales metrics to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded

Provide leadership, training, and support to front desk staff as needed

Maintain a welcoming, professional studio environment that aligns with Stretch Med's brand values

Proven background in sales, fitness, wellness, or hospitality with a strong record of hitting or exceeding sales goals

Excellent phone and in-person communication skills; confident and persuasive closer

Strong organizational and follow-up skills; able to manage leads and pipelines effectively

Customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly

Professional, dependable, and motivated with a leadership mentality

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems or scheduling software (Mindbody, Club Ready, or similar)

Preferred:

Previous experience in a boutique fitness, wellness, or health-related sales role

Experience training or managing front desk or sales staff

$40,000 annual base salary plus commission (uncapped earning potential)
